Suzaan’s Testimony

“Before LFF, my approach wasn’t working. I relied on crash diets and quick fixes, thinking I had found a solution in cardio and intermittent fasting. While those methods had some benefits, they weren’t sustainable in the way I was using them. My relationship with both food and exercise was unhealthy. I realized I needed to hit the reset button, start fresh, and build a solid foundation for my health and fitness journey. LFF gave me the opportunity to challenge myself mentally and physically, and that’s where I found real change.

I chose LFF because of the results! The results were what initially drew me to explore the possibility of joining. The no-bullshit approach really caught my attention. One of my friends challenged me to join with her, and here we are. Ready to do our second year with LFF!

This challenge completely shifted my perspective on training and nutrition. Instead of focusing on quick fixes or extreme measures, I learned the importance of consistency, balance, and a sustainable approach. Training became less about pushing myself to the limit every session and more about smart, intentional progress. Nutrition no longer felt like a restrictive diet, but a way to fuel my body properly and support my goals. It’s now about long-term results rather than short-term extremes.

After completing this challenge, I feel a sense of accomplishment and confidence I didn’t have before. I’ve gained more clarity about what works for me and have built a healthier, more balanced relationship with both food and exercise. Before, I felt frustrated and stuck, constantly chasing quick fixes. Now, I feel stronger, more in control, and proud of the progress I’ve made—not just physically, but mentally as well. The mental aspect of LFF COMPLETELY transformed my life! LFF babes will know what I mean. Food is fuel! Such a cliche, but it’s true!

I enjoyed getting to know my body and mind all over again! How I can push myself mentally and physically. The structure and guidance kept me on track. If I could describe LFF this year in one word (where I was challenged the most) it will be accountability. It’s all you!!! The greatest part of LFF for me was getting to know myself again.

All I can say is THANK YOU! You are great!!!! I’m so grateful.”
