Leiere Falck Fitness

Giano’s Testimony

“I’ve been struggling a lot with my health because of eating disorders. I was severely underweight and when some of my normal body functions stopped I knew I needed to make a change. After this LFF challenge I’ve found a new love for food and an appreciation for my body and how to properly serve it in return. I no longer see food or exercising as a challenge but rather as a way of living to my full potential, granting my body the mental and physical health it deserves.

I chose to work with LFF specifically for the personalised meal plans and for the support the LFF community offers. I knew I needed some intense help and didn’t want to ask for it where I’ll end up just being a number cut under the same comb. I’m happy to say LFF has greatly exceeded my expectations! Every aspect of LFF has so much effort put into it to specifically meet you where you are and walking your journey with you right by your side.

Before this challenge I didn’t fully understand the importance of nutrition and wasn’t fully aware of the negative impact on your body if it doesn’t receive it. I saw exercising as a challenge that will never be part of my lifestyle, but rather something I’ll only be able to muster the energy to do once in a while. After this challenge I realised the importance of nutrition and regular exercise and how both impacts your day to day life tremendously! Before, I saw it as a challenge. Now, I WANT to give it to my body because I now appreciate every aspect of this vesel carrying me on earth.

Before this challenge I struggled a lot with depression and anxiety and after being a part of LFF I go to sleep with a smile and a happy heart and a healthy body, knowing I’ve found a new trust in myself and appreciation for nutrition and exercise. It’s no longer a burden, but a passion.

What I enjoyed most about this challenge was Leiere’s encouragement, support, and how your happiness was her happiness. I enjoyed the amazing recipes and the team calls. And workouts changing often kept things interesting and challenging. But most of all, I enjoy my new found perspective on health.”
