TRAINING
Home & Gym-Based Program – Six (6) weeks of our most effective workouts, broken into three (3) 2-week phases. Access two programs in one, complete with pre-designed equipment swap options and clear guidelines for ultimate flexibility
Workout Videos – Detailed video demonstrations for every exercise, so you can perform each movement with confidence.
LFF Exercise Swap Feature – Need to modify an exercise? Our easy-to-use swap feature lets you choose regression or bodyweight options—ideal for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.
NUTRITION
Personalized Meal Plan – An easy-to-follow, guilt-free meal plan tailored to your goals and dietary preferences, complete with shopping lists, recipe instructions, and expert tips. No more guessing! We’ve done all the planning for you—you just need to commit, and enjoy your tasty meals. LFF accommodates all dietary needs (Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Seafood-Free, etc.).
Staying on track doesn’t mean sacrificing the foods you love! Leiere believes in a flexible, balanced approach to eating. We’ll teach you how to improve your relationship with food, so you never feel guilty about enjoying your favourite comfort foods—whether it’s your OG sandwich or a big bowl of pasta.
(The standard Training Program Only option does not include a Meal Plan. Be sure to select the Meal Plan service if you want to maximize your progress over the next 6 weeks.)
LFFOOD
(This service is only available to selected areas in the Western Cape.)

Please note that this is a self-guided Program, giving you full control of your journey, with no personal check-ins. Once you’ve completed the program, you’ll submit your final progress photos to Leiere Falck Fitness through your Client Portal. (If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, consider opting for the Lifestyle Rebuild Transformation Program.)

Browse our selection of home and gym training equipment. All the equipment listed below is available to purchase from Leiere Falck Fitness (dumbbells excluded.)
Home Training
If you are going to complete this Program in the comfort of your own home.
- LFF Booty Band
- LFF Ankle Weights
- LFF Long Resistance Bands
- LFF Skipping Rope
- Dumbbells – Beginner: 2kg upper body, 4kg lower body / Intermediate: 4kg upper body, 7kg lower body / Advanced: 8+ kg upper body, 10+ kg lower body. Please note that this is just a guideline on weight selections and you will have to choose a weight that is comfortable, yet challenging.
(I recommend having access to a variety of weight selections if your goal is to build muscle.)
Gym Training
If you are going to complete this Program in the gym environment.
- LFF Barbell Pad

- LFF Lifting Belt (not compulsory)
- Your local gym will have the weight selections available for the gym-based Program.
