Return Policy

Leiere Falck Fitness is not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the products delivered were incorrect or is damaged. Please note www.leierefalckfitness.co.za reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds without the required arrangements.

Should you find yourself in the position to change a confirmed order, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. Contact us within 24 hours after placing an order at info@leierefalckfitness.co.za and we will gladly assist.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived and is incorrectly supplied, please contact us at info@leierefalckfitness.co.za within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue. Leiere Falck Fitness requires photographic evidence together with the confirmation number before authorising a return and replacement of the incorrect product/s. If Leiere Falck Fitness is unable to provide a replacement of the incorrect product/s, we will issue a refund to the value of the purchase price.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived and is damaged, please contact info@leierefalckfitness.co.za within 48 hours of receipt. Leiere Falck Fitness requires photographic evidence together with the confirmation number before authorising a return or refund of the product/s. We will replace damaged or faulty products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions: (a) We will replace the damaged product with a new replacement; or (b) if Leiere Falck Fitness is unable to provide a new replacement product, we will issue a refund to the value of the purchase price.
