Shipping Terms

All www.leierefalckfitness.co.za products ship to local South African destinations. Regrettably, no international orders will currently be shipped.

Shipping and handling charges for Leiere Falck Fitness Merchandise is free to all major local cities and towns in the Republic of South Africa. Shipping and handling charges for LFFOOD orders are calculated according to the distance it has to travel which is also known as the “zone.”

We require 48 hours to process your order. After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time within South Africa is 3-5 business days. Orders can be tracked locally with the shipper’s waybill number that will be provided once your order has been collected via email communication. Initial, new, limited and special product launches are subject to advertised shipping schedules, and delivery times may vary for these products as advertised. Products would be delivered on Mondays to Fridays between business hours unless a specific arrangement was made by the shipping company with the client.

Requests will be attended to per email. Any orders placed where confirmation has not been received by the client: Get in touch within 24 hours. Any confirmed orders for which no waybill or tracking number has been issued or received: Get in touch after 48 hours. Any undelivered local orders after tracking number received: Get in touch after 5 working days. If there is a known reason for concern around your delivery, please contact us anytime via email at info@leierefalckfitness.co.za and we will get back to you.

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please ensure the address given will be able to receive your delivery Monday to Friday in business hours.

Please ensure that any special arrangements are communicated within 24 hours when your order is placed so that it can be communicated to the courier timorously to avoid any delivery delays.
