“I realised that I needed to take control of my health and fitness. After losing myself to my injury and then to the operation that followed, I was in a constant war with my own body. I wanted to work on loving myself again and for me that needed to start by learning how to take better care of ME.
Lei, your results speak for themselves physically. But it’s more than that, it’s the community that you are creating. A community of powerful women. And these women’s power comes from the way in which you help and empower them.
I’ve realised that I can still live life but without the guilt or fear of any indulgence. It can be fun and enjoyable. I am incredibly proud of myself. I have made lifestyle changes that are benefiting me far beyond this challenge. I know that this is just the beginning and that is the most exciting part! I loved becoming part of the LFF community, and finding that there are women who celebrate women!
